2. Products and information
We sell packaged food, grocery, wellness and personal-care products. We aim to keep descriptions, pack sizes, images, prices and availability accurate. Packaging or colour may change, and product labels supplied with the product take precedence over website summaries.
Wellness information is general product information and is not medical advice. Read the label and consult a qualified professional where appropriate, especially for children, pregnancy, allergies or existing medical conditions.
3. Prices and taxes
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable GST unless clearly stated otherwise. Any delivery charge is shown before payment. We may correct an obvious pricing or catalogue error before dispatch; if this affects your order, we will contact you and offer cancellation and a full refund.
4. Orders
An order is a request to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we confirm the order for fulfilment. We may decline or cancel an order because of stock unavailability, delivery restrictions, suspected misuse, payment failure or an obvious error. Amounts captured for a cancelled order will be refunded.
5. Payments
Online payments are processed through an approved third-party payment gateway, including CCAvenue when activated. We do not store complete card details, CVV or banking credentials. A successful payment response does not guarantee fulfilment until the order is accepted.
6. Delivery
Estimated delivery timing depends on stock, delivery address, carrier and circumstances beyond reasonable control. Please provide a complete, serviceable address and an available phone number. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the stated address or authorised recipient.
7. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Cancellations, damaged or incorrect items, return eligibility and refund timing are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the website, misuse offers, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, infringe intellectual property, or use the service for unlawful activity or unauthorised resale.
9. Intellectual property
Grocekit names, branding, website content and original materials belong to Rejova or their respective licensors. Product trademarks belong to their owners. No licence is granted except the limited right to use this website for personal shopping.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, delivery delay or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction.
